We are big enough to manage our own servers and have total flexibility to meet our customers' needs, and yet still small enough to be on a first-name basis with most of our customers. That's our niche! We don't have hundreds of call center agents reading from a script, we just have a few phone lines. If we're all helping other people (which almost never happens) we really will call you right back - usually within a half hour. But more importantly, the people you talk to are the same people that set up the servers, and the same people you'll talk to next time you need something. We've also installed a new, improved support ticket system and brought the average response time down to 15 minutes - even at 4am.
