Oakland Internet Services was created to extend the benefits of on-line sales and marketing to small and medium sized businesses. The founders, with more than 30 years of combined experience designing business solutions for the world's largest companies, saw that many of those businesses were being left behind, first by the rapid growth of the internet bubble in the 1990's, and then by the collapse in 2000. |
